Avoiding Made In China Labels Not Easy
There ARE alternatives to a great deal of the MADE IN COMMUNIST CHINA - but it will take time and the resolve to stop funding the very nation that the last several administrations have sold our national soul to.

Not all can have a garden - due to space - covenants or other restrictions but you CAN.... learn where the local farmers markets are in your area and SHOP THERE for fresh food.
Buy enough to can or freeze so that you can limit the amount you spend supporting the Communist poisoners.
Shop the local owned stores for other goods. If you can't sew then search out a seamstress who can make things and support her/him instead of Communist China and Wal-Mart.
The same thing goes for furniture - find that local guy who is trying to make a living buy making furniture or other carpentry skills. Most likely you will get higher quality and you are again supporting a neighbor instead of some foreign fiberboard bunch of garbage that will fall apart before you finish making the payments.
We used to have some talented shoe makers - not sure if there still are or not but try to find them and help them to stay in business.
What about meat? find a local operated butcher shop or go out into the country and get acquainted with those folks who raise animals (cattle, hogs, goats, chickens, sheep) and see about buying an animal - go in with a couple others so the cost isn't so great and you all save. Be sure to ask the rancher if he feeds beyond the hay or pasture so that you aren't getting some other chemicals or hormones in what you think is safe meat.
There was a time in America where we were self sufficient - where we manufactured things all our needs - now we MANUFACTURE OUR NEEDS - buying things we don't need but golly - we still have some unspent credit on that VISA card so let's spend it.
Americans must decide what they are going to do - Try to retain our money and ability to produce here in America or - continue to buy the garbage being imported and send our money to foreign governments to use to take America down. Every time you spend a dollar to purchase a MADE IN COMMUNIST CHINA product you are supporting the build-up of the Chinese government. You are supporting the regimes that will be taking over America because they hold our debt card - thanks to the corrupt administrations we have allowed to handle our American assets.
